This week’s episode is with my sweet guest Emilie Jordão, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach & Yoga teacher. Emilie calls herself a survivor of psychiatry and is here to be a guide and an inspiration to others for taking your health into your own hands, healing your brain and tapering of psychiatric medications. In this episode, Emilie shares with us her journey of leaving Brazil to live in Utah and get catapulted into a serious healing journey - and how that led her to returning to Brazil and going on a healing retreat in a remote conscious community in the state of Bahia. This episode hit home for me personally in so many areas as I recover from my own recent health issues and seek out the support of friends and family.
