Rosa Delgado was just 16-years-old when she was enticed by Hartford police officer Julio Camacho. After a brief affair that ended in the birth of their daughter, Rosita, the pair split up and Julio was left to pay child support for his illegitimate child. Due to his misconduct and salacious ways, Julio fathered several children with several women and as a result, was spending a lot on child support.
