In this episode, I explore the impacts that our microbiome has on mental health. There are a few common environmental factors that almost all of us are exposed to daily that can disrupt our microbiome. After diving into those, I share some strategies we can all use to help balance our microbiome and take care of the bacteria in it, so that it will take care of us.
