Do you believe that God could or would do this? Much of the world does not. Many believe that if there is a God there is no way He would ever lower Himself to become one of us. Christians absolutely must believe this truth. It is an essential part of the identity of Jesus. Join us this week as we share why this is so important.

Mark 2:27-28



Tomorrow one of the greatest events in the universe will take place.   A total solar eclipse.  There are some that will not pay any attention to it, while others have their glasses and t-shirt all ready to go and cannot wait till 3:04 tomorrow afternoon.  For much of our modern world this event is not a big deal.  It just happens.  But can you imagine what this would have been like in the ancient world?  The sun seemingly disappearing for up to 4 minutes!  The very thing in the sky that provides warmth, growth, light!  Gone!  What if it did not come back?  

 

This Sunday we want to share with you a part of God’s design for your life.  A part that the world ignores.  A part that they church often does not do enough to support.   However, this part of your life is so important that God established it at the very beginning of human existence.  The problem is most of us are too busy for it. What is it?  Rest. 

 

Come join us as we see what God’s Word has to say about such an important part of our lives.

March 24, 2024 @ 10:00 a.m. Truly Broken: The story of Peter, us and the resurrectionEaster is the day we remember Jesus' resurrection from the grave. The day He came back to life after dying three days earlier on the cross. It seems impossible today. It was no less impossible then. It would be an honor if you joined us this week to hear about this event in a unique way. We will be sharing the Easter story in a very different way. As a narrative, from a 1st person point of view. We will share much of what happened surrounding Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection. We will view all of these events and more through the eyes of Peter as told through the four Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Peter’s journey of faith is much like mine and it might be a bit like yours as well.
