Luke is a new team mate of mine on TRINITY racing, he is from the USA and has just taken his first stage win of 2021 at Tour d'Eure-et-Loir. We are currently both living in Belgium and after a few chats about the American cycling scene and his progression through it I was sure I wanted to get him on the podcast to chat. He has lots to say and a really mature way of thinking about his future. I hope you enjoy.

Russ Ellis in my opinion is the best in the business when it comes to racing photography. His ability to capture the moment, emotion and effort that goes into the world tour peloton is amazing.

In this episode we chat about what its like to be a photographer on the back of a motorbike at races like Roubaix and Flanders, how he made his way to being the main photographer for Ineos and Specialized, and all the racing/camera talk in-between.

This was a real privilege to chat to someone who I have looked up to for a long time, so I really appreciate him taking the time!

This week I am chatting with Christopher Blevins, and cyclist for TRINITY racing in 2021, with aims of going to the Olympics for USA in MTB this summer. Thats not all though, in podcast to follow you will find out that he has much much more on his plate than that, and I came away from our chat inspired and motivated to continue to keep my creative doors open.

This time I am chatting with a new team mate of mine Ben Turner. He is currently focused on the cyclocross season where he has based most of his attention for the last three years but he will be racing on the road with TRINITY racing in 2021. I talk to him about how he got into cycling, what it is that gives him drive and passion everyday but also how he has managed to miss his last 5 Christmases at home.

Charlotte Cole Hossain has been involved with Black British champions in cycling for around 3 years now, in this podcast we about that research project run by Dr Marlon Moncrieffe. We talk over topics like how to grow diversity from grass route level but also tracking the tricky questions of making the European world of the World Tour more diverse and accepting than it has been in previous years. Zak is an ex-professional rider for Israel SUN, he finished his career in 2019 and has now transitioned into the staff at the same team, this year that has meant taking a management role at the development squad, but also experiencing being a DS at the Vuelta for the World Tour team. 

We talk about his development up through the sport and how the scene has changed for young riders trying to make it to the professional ranks today, making the most of the equipment and resources you have available to you to stand out from the rest.
