Jessie Krebs is a wilderness survival expert coming from Michigan through the military, into wilderness therapy, and now with her own program called O.W.L.S. Skills (Outdoorsy Women Learning Survival Skills).
She has the hard skills of SERE (Survival, Evasion, Resistance, Escape) from her experience and expertise in the air force. She also has the soft skills of deep listening, compassion for all beings, and mindfulness in nature. A conversation not to be missed, this episode is where we meet at the trailhead of a longer journey. Jessie shares how she knows when she’s on the path, and what it has taken to get to where she is today.
