When I watch the NYC Marathon on TV, I’m always so disappointed when the coverage ends, and I only get to hear about the stories of the elite runners. Don’t get me wrong, the elite runners are amazing athletes, but honestly, the runners who inspire me the most are the back-of-the-packers. These are the stories I am most interested in hearing. Of course, I am and have always been that back-of-the-packer in a marathon, and if you’re not one of the elite runners, and you have a story to tell, which I guarantee you, you do, I believe the world needs to hear it. That’s what this podcast is for.

Lydia’s Running Story

I really enjoyed listening to your first podcast! The conversation sounded very relaxing and natural. Lydia’s stories are amazing and inspiring. They resonate with me, my joys, my struggles. While many podcasts featuring fast runners or the elites, Lydia represents most of us. I can relate to her stories. I hope your podcast features more runners like her, Amy. Thank you, great job!

Amazing

There are many amazing runners stories. Any age, any pace, any race, any body shape and any running journey truly tells a story. I am glad Amy Cohen telling these stories including her own honest running experience. Every story matters. I am excited to follow this podcast.
