83: Everything You Need To Know About Breastfeeding Before Your Baby is Born with Danielle Powell The Dr. Kinney Show

    • Alternative Health

Breastfeeding is an important part of motherhood, but unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be a lot of education around lactating and partner support before the baby is born.

That being said, a lot of people are very surprised by the process. There is so much that happens physically and emotionally, and it can catch you off guard if you’re not prepared. While it is true that breastfeeding is a very natural process and it is something that humans have always done, it’s still a huge learning curve for both the mom and the baby.

In this week’s episode of The Dr. Kinney Show, I sat down with Danielle Powell, a returning guest, to talk about the wonder and struggles of breastfeeding.

Danielle Powell is the owner of Chesapeake Birth and Baby. She has provided support to families for over 10 years. She is passionate about postpartum care and helping families transition smoothly to life with a new baby. She manages postpartum doulas and creates consistency of care standards.

Tune in to learn more about why you should take a breastfeeding class before the baby is born, health issues that could make an impact on your breastfeeding journey, cluster feeding, and so much more.
