We have a holiday treat for this week's episode. We were lucky every enough to sit down with one of the top chefs in the world. Kelvin Fernandez aka Chef Kelvin has a resume too long to list. He comes from humble beginnings and has worked his way up the ranks. He is the son of Dominican parents and raised in Harlem.He rose to superstar status in the culinary world when he beat the iconic Bobby Flay in a cooking battle on Bobby’s own show on the Food Network.After that, he starred in two other food shows on the Food Network (Chopped and Man vs Child).
