There are a lot of things happening in the world and in our own lives that we don’t always understand. We know The Bible tells us to “pray without ceasing.” Praise is a key component to prayer and being able to hear what God has for us. So, in this episode, Megan shares with us the importance of our opportunity to fill up your praise bucket.
When we are tuned into The Lord always - He knows just the word to send us in times we are in a funk. It doesn’t matter what it looks like, where you are - just praise anyway. When we praise Him He gives to us what we are lacking. All of heaven comes down and it is a sweet aroma to Him. God loves our praise and He loves you.

This week, Megan brings a passionate word on standing in the face of the storm to rise above in the name of Jesus. She also highlights being obedient to God as she is transparent in her back and forth with Him about speaking on this topic. Megan ultimately overcomes her own fear using the same advice she brings in this episode.
No matter what you are dealing with, when opposition comes, take your stand with Christ. Megan reminds us that speaking, “not today” in Jesus name gives us victory over anxiety, depression or anything else the enemy tries to use against you. Christ is by our side, because of that, you have access to the creator of the universe. Megan points out that we shouldn’t speak from our feelings, we don’t need to say a word unless we have taken it to Jesus. We must, as The Scripture says, “take every thought captive.”
Speak the name of Jesus. In His name, we don’t lose, we have victory. Nothing, no storm, no effort of the enemy, nothing can rise above God. In Jesus, we rise above any storm.
