FAR OUT #208 ~ Fire in the Belly: Tracking Anger, Rage & Frustration

As a culture we avoid talking about, expressing or feeling our anger. The closest we often get to it is saying we feel "frustrated" or "irritated." In this episode, we face our anger head on and discuss how we work with this tricky and powerful emotion.

Resonance

Julie-Roxanne and Alasdair sharing their journey, fears, goals and vulnerabilities resonates with me deeply. This is a fantastic continuous conversation that makes me feel like I know them very well, and that they too know me. This is a pleasure for the ears and heart.

Such a treat!

This is the best podcast. It scratches all of my podcast itches: spiritual, intellectual, humor, and feeling like there are friends in the room with me. There are no bad or even meh episodes. Every single one is such a treat and simultaneously completely unique and cozily familiar! I look forward to it every week. Also, their Patreon is full of goodies. <3

Hiilarious, fun, and thorough

The Far Out podcast has it all. Eclectic topics vary from difficult life decisions to games involving French phrases and what they could possibly mean to an American. Alasdair and Julie_Roxanne are both comedians and philosophers. They have an amazing conversational dynamic and each podcast is filled with nuggets to take away and ponder later. 10/10.
