Episode 339 - The "Elbow" Problem
After another week of MLB, Russell, Darius and Rob spend nearly an hour not talking about any of it.
They discuss the epidemic of elbow injuries that seems to be upon is and what if anything can be done to fix it. They then switch the focus to the A's situtation and the nonsense of them moving to Sacramento.

I've always wondered about baseball where it's a minority sport, and the game in Europe has always interested me. I'm so glad this podcast exists! It's a fun, witty look into a side of the sport that gets next to no coverage.
