60 - Endure to the end, suckers
TRIGGER/CONTENT WARNING: Mentions of suicidal ideation/other consequences of poor mental health due to participating in a cult.
This week, Cari and Kelsae discuss that old Mormondy Mormon favorite, enduring to the end and the myriad ways it can mess up your mental health. Love Love Love🏳️🌈
I grew up gay and Mormon with a very abusive Dad. I married a man at 21 is a super abusive narcissist. Your story resonates with me so much. I finally left him and the cult at 32 and came out. No one in my family had any clue I was gay. I’m so happy now and married to an amazing woman. I’m 39 and love your podcast. My daughter is 15 and BI he dad had no clue. I’ve sent some of the podcasts to her particularly the one about ptsd. Luvs ya bit-ch-iz!

Better than any fireside I’ve ever attended
This podcast is what my soul needed in my recovery from Mormonism. These ladies bring humor, vulnerability, intelligence, and a wealth of knowledge to each episode. I feel a lot less alone having found this. Thank you!!
