Get Ready for the Truth Bombs!

Great show Ken! I love how you weave everything together to show us how brand, culture and strategy impact each other and impact the bottom line. I also love that you aren't afraid to bust a few of the small business myths along the way. My favorite today was with Shane Fielder. I've always said that 'busy-ness does not make for a good business'. When Shane spoke about the mindset and culture impact of a 'busy season' and 'peak season'; I had to write it down. So impactful, keep up the great work.

Business Meets Metaphysics

Episode #135 - Integrating business and metaphysics is terrific. Reminded me to layer my approach to business success - it isn’t all about the data, though data is important. Really enjoyed this take on creating business success!

loved the B + C+ S formula

What I love about the Cool Culture Corner podcast is how able to frame the major functions of a business through his simple framework of B + C+ S (branding, culture, and strategy) so that it is easy to understand. Although all 3 work in snychrony with each other, it is great that his podcast has a strong emphasis on the "C" portion focused on "culture".

Culture has huge part in shaping the enviornment of your employees and clients as well, and influencing how these relationships play out.

Realy love the amazing insights and the mini-sodes that are easy to listen to.
