Good advice on opening and managing a bar
Joerg takes his first hand experience in taking his bar concept, Le Lion in Hamburg, starting ten years ago, and the boom in cocktails to where the industry is headed in the future. An excellent insight into this international world where despite running his entire business in Germany, he uses his street learned English to provide a cohesive, intelligent discourse, while on the run from meetings to events using AnchorFeed. One or two of the feeds are entirely in German but otherwise, international English is spoken quite well. Let's go Highballs!
