A few friends asked me how I keep my marriage going so well. I was flattered and gave a response but it had me thinking about this topic more. What makes our marriage so strong anyway? During this episode we talk about that and why it’s beneficial for us to make this a priority.

I address some important discussions I having been having with friends regarding the recent events in the news regarding the black lives matter movement and racial injustice.

The George Floyd incident has resulted in many friends contacting me, my company speaking out, and my pastor asking how can we create change in our church. This is our time to impact our country!

Our mind tries to provide us with helpful thoughts but not all of these thoughts are beneficial. We need to rise above these thoughts and protect our thinking.

Our new quarantine situation has come with many challenges but fitness is not one of them. I discuss how my fitness game has expanded since our stay at home order has been in place and I’m loving it!!
