Coming from a small town in Iowa, Levi Erickson always knew he wanted more than just the “go to school, get a job, work, retire” lifestyle. Being in a lower middle class family, Levi watched his family work in farming and agriculture.He began down that path, but throughout high school but realized he needed to level up, so he decided to join the military and start investing in stocks.Earning a middle-class income at the age of 17, the military allowed him to further his investing and he began studying hard at both work and at home to further perfect his craft.He worked his way up the ranks in the military, but soon realized he was making the upper part of five-figures/year, becoming the top bread-winner in his household. There are a few reasons why success is more difficult for you than it is for others and it has everything to do with your friends. Here are a few reasons why your friend are the most important part of your success and why should choose them wisely.

1. You have TOO MANY friends. - You can only afford to have so many friends at 50k - 10 friends maximum in your inner circle (Keith Ferrazzi “Never Eat Alone”) - outer circle is for acquaintances
2. Wrong TYPE of friends. - they don’t want what you want. Link up with people with the same DRIVE not necessarily the same goals or the same money
3. You hold onto relationships that don’t add value - millennials are clingy because of social media
4. You don’t understand the 33% Rule. - 33% of People will love you, 33% of people will hate you, and 33% of people haven’t decided yet – it is not your job to convince people to love you - it is your job to take care of the ones that do – you will move through this world and meet people who haven’t decided yet and they have two choices (Love you or hate you). You need to just love the love.
