TRC: Silk Sonic “An Evening with Silk Sonic” Review

TRC: Silk Sonic “An Evening with Silk Sonic” Review

An in depth review of the highly anticipated album from Silk Sonic “An Evening with Silk Sonic.” I know it took me long enough to get around to reviewing this album, but I assure you it is worth the wait. This episode of the pod was all business, no nonsense....... well I don’t wanna lie. Y’all might get some of my best vocals on this one 😂🤣. This is the longest podcast I’ve done in a while, but it was worth it. I enjoyed every minute recording and I hope you all enjoy listening. Just opinions from my side about the albums (lyrics, concept, jokes, etc). ENJOY!!! Requests are always welcome. Follow me on twitter @alop3cia_brown. Email Blk.lex9311@gmail.com.

TRC: Thuy “I hope you see this” Review

TRC: Thuy “I hope you see this” Review

An in depth review of the new album from Thuy “I hope you see this.” I got all of your hopes up about the music we would get in November...... and we did get the music we were promised as well as this album that I wasn’t expecting but it was a pleasant surprise. Thuy is an up and comer looking to solidify her status in the R&B game. This album was a good start and a perfect project to accompany her history of singles released over the years. I also talked about the upcoming holidays, all things fantasy and other random stuff (business as usual). Just opinions from my side about the albums (lyrics, concept, jokes, etc). ENJOY!!! TRC: JoJo “trying not to think about it” Review

TRC: JoJo “trying not to think about it” Review

An in depth review of the new album from JoJo “trying not to think about it.” JoJo back and showing consistency in her album releases. I would love to get something new from her every year. Her growth in the game is incredible and release after release she gains more R&B fans that saw her only as a Pop Star. That was bound to happen when you have a voice like hers. The album has some certified heaters, as well as a few interludes that I wish were longer 🙁 but that doesn’t stop her from getting off a grown and sexy vibe and providing anthems for various relationship situations. I also talked about Getting old, all things fantasy and other random stuff (business as usual). Just opinions from my side about the albums (lyrics, concept, jokes, etc). ENJOY!!! Requests are always welcome. Follow me on twitter @alop3cia_brown. Email Blk.lex9311@gmail.com.

TRC: Anthony Hamilton “Love is the New Black” Review

TRC: Anthony Hamilton “Love is the New Black” Review

An in depth review of the new album from Anthony Hamilton “Love is the New Black.” One of the greatest voice and storytellers of our time has release another album that will satisfy the listeners of his old soul type of R&B. We all know what to expect for AH and that’s what we get on this 14-track effort. Took the time to review “Butterflies” a song by D’Vo, an R&B/Neo Soul SoundCloud artist looking for his next step and feedback. Listen to his music @ n.e.r.d life by D’Vo on SoundCloud. I also talked about Navy Fitness success, vacation and other random stuff (business as usual). Just opinions from my side about the albums (lyrics, concept, jokes, etc). ENJOY!!! TRC: DVSN/Ty $ “Cheers to the Best Memories” Review

TRC: DVSN/Ty $ “Cheers to the Best Memories” Review

An in depth review of the new joint album from DVSN & Ty $ “Cheers to the Best Memories.” You already know I was going to choose anything with Ty $ to review. Having DVSN on the album was just an added bonus. These two came together and gave us one hell of a joint album that had Club Songs, Stroke Songs and samples galore. I also talked about fantasy football, Navy Fitness and other random stuff (business as usual). Just opinions from my side about the albums (lyrics, concept, jokes, etc). ENJOY!!! TRC: Durand Jones and the Indications “Private Space” Review

TRC: Durand Jones and the Indications “Private Space” Review

An in depth review of Durand Jones and the Indications’ new album “Private Space.” After two years away these gentlemen return to capitalize on the resurgence of the old school R&B/Soul/Funk sound. Will Durand’s Powerful, Soulful Voice + Aaron’s Falsetto = Another Masterpiece? See if this group can capture the same magic from their first album. I also talked about my wife’s driving test, the Return of my side hustle and other random stuff (business as usual). Just opinions from my side about the albums (lyrics, concept, jokes, etc). ENJOY!!! Requests are always welcome. Follow me on twitter @alop3cia_brown. Email Blk.lex9311@gmail.com.
