Mr. Aquino is a Partner of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department and is a Professor of Remedial Law at the Ateneo De Manila University School of Law. He has handled various litigation cases including libel and cyber libel cases, cases involving consumer protection and product liability, commercial disputes, white collar crimes and cases involving violation of laws under the anti-graft and corrupt practices act, in over 20 years as a practitioner.
