He was ranked as the No. 13 overall prospect and No. 1 cornerback in the class of 2023. As a true freshman for the Buffaloes, he played in nine games, totaling 13 tackles and two pass breakups. The former Hawks’ defensive coordinator led a defense that allowed just 12.2 points per game through 10 contests.
