    Episode 18: Rouge | T’Edra Jackson

I don’t know about you, but I’ve often felt like there aren’t enough hours in the day to get through professional, business and personal commitments. I struggle with FOMO and shiny squirrel syndrome, so in my mind I want to get everything done and please everyone involved...such an unrealistic plan, right? That’s why I’m excited to talk to T’Edra Jackson who works with women to gain clarity around their purpose and being more intentional about what we choose to do and not to do.

Episode 16: Bordeaux | Della Mack

For many of us, it’s all too familiar to be the first to achieve something. Like attending and graduating college or being the only person who looks like us in the room. With our success comes another barrier, the absence of community and the absence of someone who may be experiencing obstacles in the same way we are. Today’s guest, Della Mack, is an Army Captain who has taken what she’s learned from these challenges to help others like her transition into leadership roles and make their value crystal clear.

Episode 15: Maleficent | Monique Russell

Novelist Katherine Thurston said, “No weapons are more potent than brevity and simplicity”. Communication can be tricky, because you want to be clear about the details without taking years to explain the concept. And don’t forget about your audience. Connecting with your audience of executives is much different than connecting with new grads who want to absorb it all to help navigate their careers.

Our next guest, Monique Russell, founder of Clear Communication Solutions, helps leaders all over the world build development strategies and she’s here to share some of her wisdom with us.

Your bite-size pick me up

Crystle does a great job encouraging people through empowerment. Each guest has a meaningful nugget of wisdom to share, and I’m always built up after listening to the episodes. My favorite nugget was “don’t cry past Tuesday.”
