    Ep. 10 Let's Start Health

    Ep. 10 Let's Start Health

In episode 10 of the Grind 1.0, I sit down with Chelsea Haines to discuss Gut Health and how to overcome life obstacles as an entrepreneur. Her story is very unique and has similarities we all can relate. Chelsea went through a divorce, homelessness, and much more. These trials made her into the woman she is today. Her mission is to show women and men for that matter, how to trust their gut again, but also how to find themselves during life's ups and downs. Chelsea chose to hop on a Yacht and find her a new husband, lol. No the real moment of clarity is when the vision comes to you while you are driving down a dark street, which she so eloquently explains in this great episode. You don't want to miss this, she is an example of falling forward. We all have been there, but how we come out on the other side is what life is made of.

Here's how you can reach Chelsea if you want to connect with her.

    Ep. 9 The Executive Coach

    Ep. 9 The Executive Coach

In Ep. 9 on The Grind 1.0 Podcast, my guest Nicole Jones and I discuss business, as it relates to real life. You can't really separate life as an entrepreneur, so how do you work towards your goals and enjoy your family at the same time? One of the essential components to a successful balance is to exercise. My guest decided to do just that while enjoying time with her son as well. I won't tell you what exercise it was, because you may be surprised, just like I was. Take a listen, and prepare yourself for some real discussions on how you approach a happy career and family balance. You don't want to miss this episode.

    The Success Chronicles

    The Success Chronicles

In Ep. 8 my guest Chip Baker and I discuss the will to keep going and not allowing your circumstances dictate your future. We discuss how you are in control of how you react to any situation. That may sound cliche, but if practiced using Chip's SHG principles, life can be that much more fulfilling. We also discuss gratitude and how that plays a huge role in Chip's current success as a Father, Husband, Man of Faith, and a leader of Men. His approach and aspirations to be grateful above all, is felt even during our conversation. This is a good people, you do not want to miss this one. I know I am a little biased because it's my show, but don't take my word, just listen.

Episode 7 "A Life of Stories"

Episode 7 "A Life of Stories"

In Episode 7 "A Life of Stories";  of The Grind 1.0 Podcast, I speak with my guest Lubna Forzley-Badr about her entrepreneurship journey. She climbed the highest of corporate  and government ladders;  with the likes of Coca-Cola, The United Nations, and BNP Paribas to name a few. Her story has remained one of impact on not just her immediate surroundings, but globally as well. We discussed guilt, and it's strangle hold on parents, who seek to be ambitious in their careers.

We discuss her upbringing and living through a war in the Middle East and how that impacted her trajectory.  She mentions the experiences she has had to endured,  and those prepared her for the success she is garnering today. You do not want to miss this episode. I get a little touched myself, with her expression of guilt, as it pertains to my own daughter. I will not give you to much up, you have to listen!

Matt Zinman ,

Awesome Show!

Research is Key!

This host does as much research before his interviews as the absolute greats! Tom Bilyeu says he spends at least an hour on each guest, but it seems like this host is spending multiple hours each day engaging with and getting to know the person on his show, pulling out references and articles that both pleasantly surprise and fascinate the interviewee. This is the kind of commitment we need from more podcast hosts that really want to stand out and set themselves apart!
