Plan for Success
When I think about writing a Business Plan, I get the same feeling about starting an exercise program...a little quizzy in the stomach! All kidding aside however, it is a necessary component to laying a solid and realistic foundation for any business. It helps to keep the entrepreneur on track with company goals and accountable to stay on track as the business grows. Thank you for your transparency about your dislike of writing one, but understanding and sharing the importance to go beyond our dislike to “write the vision” and execute with common sense principles of business development.
