So interesting!

Loved learning about the coordinating of what’s being farmed in our area with what’s being used in restaurants. AND so cool that they are incorporating “nutrition prescriptions” and better timing of meal delivery into hospital foods. Cuts food waste and improves healthy eating by patients. Great ideas!
