skigirlie ,

This is a great parenting podcast!!!

Lisa is so knowledgeable and really brings in great experts to talk through real parenting issues. I loved the mindfulness episode and how she shares a recent “winn” each episode. This is a great mix of psychological insights from experts and real life practical food for thought in this crazy life of a parent. I am a parent just trying to do a good job and have had some great take aways- it is great learning without being preachy or just giving out obvious advice.

Lisa isn’t afraid to share her own experiences - we all have to bend some of our parenting goals sometimes (tv time happens more than we would like- it’s true!) but positive parenting tactics work!
