The parable of the dishonest manager is one that is not so easy to exposit. It’s sandwiched between the parable of the prodigal son and the parable of the rich man and Lazarus, two parables that at a deeper level are about Israel… Is there something deeper going on with this parable and is there any application for us as businessmen and productive people?
