    23. Unlocking Mysticism through understanding your Anatomy

In this episode I share about a recent experience at a retreat in Mexico I was part of — the Womb Continuum Faciliator Training, which is 1 retreat our of 4 and part of an online intensive 18-month long program to become a midwife, a steward, a womb carer for women at any stage of their lives, from menarche, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, menopause and beyond. This experience has been an initiation at all levels of my being, and I understood how dropping deep into my own alignment and my own embodiment is the ultimate spiritual experience I was always longing for and that can heal and change the world. 22. Food for Cyclical Bodies feat. Iris Josephina Verstappen from Cycle Seeds

I am excited to bring you this episode with a dear friend Iris. In this episode we navigate the intricate world of healthy nutrition to support and sustain cyclical bodies. We put a certain emphasis on who is choosing courageously to be a vegetarian or vegan, and give you all the pro's and cons for the hormonal well-being.
Iris is a certified Holistic Cycle Guide, Hormonal Health Coach and Doula with an academic background in medical anthropology & women's studies. She also qualified in holistic women's health, traditional midwifery practices, and trauma informed coaching. Her work revolves around our menstrual and life cycles from periods to postpartum. In all her work, the main focus lays on getting to know our bodies (gaining body literacy), sharing tools to make informed body choices and cultivating a sense of body belonging throughout all changes and cycles our bodies move through.
She holds space for people to come home to themselves through embracing their bodies and cycles, practicing cyclical living and being in flow with their cycles instead of going against them. Iris supports cyclical beings through online coaching, courses & classes, circles and retreats; and her free online community Womb Wellness Circle.

Definitely listen to this if you want to learn and embrace the true feminine. Her voice is so soothing and calming to listen to. She talks about things that would be considered “taboo” and I applaud her bravery. A great listen if you want to embrace, love, and honor your true feminine. Thank you for sharing! 🙏🏻💕
