Inspiring, positive and meditative conversations

Was suggested to give the podcast a listen and am glad I did.
At the end of each conversation I am at the same time inspired as well as relaxed. The hosts create a sense of calm and lead the guests through sharing their inspiring story. There is a regular pause, which I appreciate, it allows to be more present and absorb the information. Thank you and look forward to more episodes.
