Human nature ramblings
Sometimes our expectations are out of alignment bc we don’t understand the nature of what we are dealing with. Clarity and trust stems from being real about what the nature of God, ourselves and the world around us is. Good for the soul!
Just wow! I never realized the impact that pride and arrogance has in my life. After Makeda explained the fact that our beloved father Adam who was taught the names of all things by God himself and breathed into by His spirit was tricked in a way that we all know about by the devil, it made me realize the importance of being humble to the fact that we can all be tricked and recover from it and that doesn’t take away from our intellect or mean we are fools it just means that we are human and we continue to turn to Allah for guidance always.
I needed to hear this
Timeless and timely wisdom. I so appreciate the centering of a woman’s lived experience. And yet, the content is valuable for anyone who wants to live a faithful, full, and religious life.

This first episode was really good and I hope to hear more. Makeda really has a cool way of analyzing love and how we feel and accept it as humans and how God also has a way of accepting love and tells us how to show love to him. I love it! And it’s short and sweet.
