I was lucky enough to find out about this living (and thriving) archive of full in-depth, conversational style look into a fighter’s life. This podcast delves into the character, the angels & demons if you will, that fuel the modern day gladiator. From the varying trials of becoming a professional fighter to expressing the challenges and joys to what it’s like to raise a family and while being a fighter. Dennis Vollmer, the host and the legend, leads this show with grace and finesse, but also maintains that rawness of how things truly are. This embodies the true essence of what it means to be a martial artist.
Personally, this podcast has, and continues to be, a tremendous resource for me in my pursuit of becoming a true professional. Due to the dilution of content available to us all, it is so relieving to know I can hang my hat on “From The Blue Corner Podcast” to quench my thirst for authenticity, education and seeing how these BMF humans navigate their lives.
Simply put, this podcast is so dope.
