Funny and Informative
The concept behind this pod is executed at a very high level: two outsiders discussing their Philadelphia experiences and interrogating a Philly-centric topic every week. The hosts have clearly done their research, as they speak with clarity (and wit!) on their subjects. See the litany of web links that are attached to each week’s podcast and one understands how much work has gone into ensuring the subject is thoroughly and accurately covered.
In addition to being informative, the hosts are a riot. They have chemistry (I should hope so, as they’re married!), hilarious digressions, and fun banter. Even if you’re not super interested in Philadelphia, these two are just plain fun to hang out with.
For anyone with (A) modicum of interest in anything Philadelphia related, or (B) looking to immerse yourself in an intelligent (and funny) discussion, this is your podcast!
