We share insights on everything from finding help to deal with mental and emotional issues, to how we knew or in some cases didn't acknowledge when we did need help with our mental state. In the end, with everything going on in the world, guess what, it is OK, to NOT be OK right now.

Funny, intimate, and informative
What a wonderful podcast! This group of friends has such warmth and energy-they will draw you right into the fold with their dynamics. As a white person with mostly white friends I look to content like this to expand my understandings and perspectives around the black experience. This podcast does just that in a way that feels personal and engaging. I am learning a lot while feeling like I spent time with friends.
