In episode two, we discuss the need and the urgency of caring for ourselves. Many times we run on fumes and put others first rather than taking care of our own needs. It is time to shift that paradigm and recognize the benefit of pouring into ourselves, pouring into others, and allowing ourselves to be poured into!!

In addition to this, I would be remiss if I did not mention the impact of Chadwick Boseman and the grief and sadness felt with the news of his recent transition.

For our opening episode, I share a bit about my mother's recent transition and the grieving process and how this year 2020 has been a process of transition, grief, mourning for many people the world over. Do we give ourselves the space to be present with what we feel or do we bypass them?

Healing comes from being present to all of it, without judgement or condemnation.
