Excellent Advice

As a father and administrator for an elementary campus, I am able to use the advice given at both home and work. Deena speaks clearly and doesn’t come across as a clinician or professor.

Great ideas!

So many great ideas and reminders to reevaluate what I’m expecting and doing as a parent. I only have a toddler but I have taken practice on many things Deena has suggested and it has helped tremendously.

Favorite Parenting Podcast!

Deena covers a range of topics and breaks information down in ways that are easy to remember. She gives actionable advice and examples of what to do in the moment. Healthy communication, family norms, ways to resolve conflict, and navigating how to create an emotionally healthy family (while learning plenty I can apply to myself and any relationship!). I love this podcast and highly recommend!
