November is National Entrepreneurship Month. My sister, Debra, and I start off this month's discussion by celebrating our mother. She was a very creative person and wanted to make an honest living as best as she could. Looking back on it today when she would take my sister and I with her on assignments, she was leading by example pointing out the power of having your own. Thank You Eloise Fisher for being a leader!

Bringing homage to Caregivers as I wrap up Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This powerful interview is about knowing when your season is over - not just when being a Caregiver but with anything.
