Love her YouTube Channel!
Excited to find she has a podcast. I live south of Boston, also have a bachelors in psychology (and M.Ed), and I’ve been a vegetarian since sixth grade. I feel like I relate to her even though I’m a bit older and obviously what I listed is also a bit different. She seems so sweet and her videos on HR have helped me. It’s hard to get a teaching job in MA and I recently started a new job in HR. I also have anxiety (and ADD) and I didn’t know Carmen had anxiety too! My impression of her is that she’s a confident, smart, independent, and sweet young woman. I never would’ve guessed she had anxiety too because she also comes off as so positive, but everyone copes with anxiety differently of course. I’d love to be more positive and find her inspiring to listen to. Thanks for sharing with us Carmen!
