Informative, but…
The self proclaimed “Santee Guy” hosts a very informative podcast with a variety of local guests who have a number of topics and experiences to discuss or services to sell. Most of the guests appear to fit into John’s political ideologies and he is not shy about using this format for such purposes (don’t expect to hear anybody who opposes the Fanita Ranch project on John’s podcast). Listeners must also suffer through John’s occasional sophomoric comments that sometimes have a slight undertone of sexism either towards the guest or his co-host, Kristen Dare. She does a good job deflecting those and adds another demonsion to the podcast. Overall, the podcast is informative and worth listening to. It could use more updates on new businesses that are either coming or are rumored to be coming to Santee.
