On this episode we look at how rowing has changed/ stayed the same over the last 70 years. We look at rowing in the 1950s, 1990s, and up until modern day. To give us an inside view on what rowing was like in the 1990s we interviewed John Wallace who is a gold medal rowing for Canada. He talks about what rowing was like when he competed and what he thinks the biggest changes are.

In this episode we talk to Steve Davis who runs the highly successful Field Hockey Shack in West Vancouver. He gives us a better understanding of what it is like to be a part of business side of field hockey and how it impacts the game itself.

In this episode we talk to Tom, Liam and Owen who are three athletes on the North Shore and participate in multiple sports. We look at the advantages, disadvantages, and how it effects a person overall.
