From Crystals to Christ: Coming out of the New Age w/ Guest Elle Angel

From Crystals to Christ: Coming out of the New Age w/ Guest Elle Angel

In this episode of the Daily Sabbath Podcast, host Pastor Jay Lee sits down with Elle Angel, a former New Ager turned Christian, for an eye-opening conversation about her spiritual journey from crystals, The Secret, law of attraction, tarot, mediumship, spells, and spirit guides, to Jesus, prayer, and Scripture. If you've ever dabbled in New Age practices or felt torn between different spiritual teachings, this is an episode you can't miss.

Elle opens up about why New Age beliefs initially captivated her, offering a seeming shortcut to healing and a sense of control over her life. Yet, beneath the allure, she realized a disconnect from truth and confronted the ways these practices veered from her deep longing for genuine connection with God. Elle recounts the vision that redefined her path and how her renewed faith meant not just a shift in mindset but a profound life transformation, guiding her to be baptized and even to rename herself. And they also have a conversation about parental guidance in a world where children are exposed to an array of spiritual influences, from yoga to ghost-themed TV shows. Elle stresses the importance of protecting our young ones' impressionable spirits and ensuring that we're not unwittingly inviting negative energies into our homes.

    Guest Bio:

As a Trauma-Informed Life Coach, Elle Angel specializes in empowering Christian women to break free from the shackles of emotional trauma. Through her faith-based coaching practices, Elle guides her clients towards a renewed sense of safety and a deep, trusting relationship with God so they can experience emotional freedom and rebuild their life after being lost for so many years.
