    Ep. 8: Bobbi Kristina

    Ep. 8: Bobbi Kristina

Episode 8: Three years after Whitney Houston's untimely death in the tub in her Beverly Hilton Hotel room, her daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, is found floating face-down in her tub, and dies a few months later. There is no way to investigate Whitney Houston's death, without also discussing the similar death of her daughter as well.

In this episode we break down the story of Bobbi Kristina's final days. We discuss the reality show the family did after Whitney died and Bobbi Kristina's relationship with Nick Gordon. We then review the facts from the day she drowned and the details from the coroner's report.

We consider Bobby Brown's claims that the two deaths are connected. And finally we discuss a wild story by the "author" Winford Salmon.

Ep. 7: Addicted to the Devil

Ep. 7: Addicted to the Devil

Episode 7: In this episode we take a deep dive into conspiracy theories and conjecture.  We discuss Bobby Brown's theory that Nick Gordon killed both Whitney and Bobbi Kristina. Then we dive into some of the more outrageous theories of the case including PI Pat/Paul, who claims to have found footage of gangsters from New Jersey and Georgia sneaking into Whitney's hotel room, and  Winford Salmon, the self-published author who claims to have interviewed Whitney Houston's killer, "Snitch". We also throw in an Illuminati conspiracy at the end for good measure.

Disclaimer: We cannot confirm the validity of any of the theories discussed in this episode, only their source and claims.

Ep. 6: The Trauma of Fame

Episode 6: A long-form interview with Dr. Latrice Fowler, a military psychologist who specializes in treating addiction. Dr. Fowler joined us to review Whitney Houston's autopsy and toxicology report, but our conversation was so much more. We discussed the nature of addiction, how it affects our families and society, how the system treats people with addictions, the racial and gender disparities between how society regards various addictions, and even cyberbullying. Through the course of this conversation, Dr. Folwer helped us answer a lot of questions, and also identified a few still left unanswered.

Ep. 5: The Water is Evil

Ep. 5: The Water is Evil

Episode 5: It's CSI Beverly Hills in this  episode as we take a deep dive into Whitney Houston's autopsy report. According to the coroner, the cause of death is drowning due to the effects of heart disease and cocaine.

We dig into every detail of the report, break down each of the the aspects (drowning, heart disease, and cocaine use), consult an expert on the water temperature in the tub, and attempt  to piece together the testimony we know with the physical evidence in the report. Spoiler alert: it doesn't quite fit.

In the end one key question remains: is the water really evil?

Freebase

Guys episode 3. From my understanding she was freebasing which is a completely different effect than snoring. You don’t get wired the same way.

Chi---city ,

Could not finish

Laughing hysterically while talking about drowning in episode 3 was curtains for me. No thanks. I understand the subject doesn't mean total somber tone, but the constant giggling was entirely too much.
