Format is so great!

I love the format with this podcast to be learning as a pregnant person goes through her birth story. I’m a doula and neuroscience based infant and family sleep specialist that enjoys learning more and this podcast is awesome. I love that they talk about there infant mental health and how birth trauma can change parenting.

Very needed

Zero to Three is a honorable organization that desires to make change in the world through understanding that conception to 3 years old are the most important in the development of a human! This podcast takes listeners on a journey of how the mother /child relationship effects the child and thus their later development! I highly recommend!
