    Good Morning  My Listeners! 

    Happy Wednesday! Its Another Selfcare with Li Podcasts episode, so excited to be back and today's HOT TOPIC is impulsive behaviors, especially when you have ADHD or ADD. Impulsivity is so easy to fall into but I want to provide tips to minimize and eventually eliminate impulsive behaviors from your mindset and your lifestyle. On this episode, I want it to feel like a safe place, I know it can not be only me who experience impulsivity eras or moments. It requires time to develop healthy behaviors that will ultimately eliminate impulsive behaviors from your lifestyle, but it requires ALOT OF WORK!

    NO FEAR! I am here for you, i know that everyday we are giving the opportunity to be better than who we were yesterday. Here is another day we have a chance to work at reaching our highest potential and becoming successful. I just want to remind us that there are behaviors that may distract us from our end goals and impulsivity can distract and also navigate to places where your bigger picture becomes blurry. During the experience of impulsive behaviors, we must remember why we started in the first place. We are bigger than impulsivity.

    With these tips, I believe you will be able to include them into your daily inner self work. I talk about the importance of selfcare and how easy it is to misconstrude impulsivity with selfcare and indulgence. Today we find SELF CONTROL and understand the building blocks of selfcare are what grounds us and essentially improves our beings internally and externally. Selfcare is for the MIND , BODY, AND SOUL. I believe my tips have saved my lifes, especially because I struggle with ADD. As an adult, it is important to grow, not only physically, but mentally as well. I hope the tips help you as much as they help me!

    Good Morning my Listeners! 
    Welcome back to another episode of Selfcare with Li. As you know the show is all about reaching your highest potential. Today I want to discuss creating a healthy mindset routine to reach your goals and achieve all things you put your mind too! I know you have heard before that an idle mind is the devils playground. If you break up your brainstorming into categories of Morning, Afternoon, and Evening, you will be able to list out the many activities, hobbies, and events that ill give you opportunities to grow and evolve and eventually meet your goals. 

    I want you to know maintaining a healthy mindset routine is not an easy task. I myself, fall off, relapse, and take time off from the bigger picture because I do not pursue the things that will keep me busy. I vow on the show today to not give up and keep working at building and maintaining a healthy mindset routine , so I can continue to show up for myself and be my best self.

    It is so imperitive to work on yourself , write your strategies down, and have them near by to view and see on a daily basis. By writing all things down, it holds you accountable. If you're no stranger to the show you know I am a firm believe in writing your vision on paper. You are the prize, you are capable, and you have the tools to reach your highest potential. You just have to remember to keep your mind busy at a healthy pace. Remember why you started to reach your end goal.

    I encourage in this episode to write all your long term goals down. I believe our long term goals will assist you with writing daily plans to reach those goals. Creating morning routines, observing your consumption of all things, being careful what you eat, drink, read, swipe, listen and process. You have to be intentional. Though this is not an easy task, I want to motivate you through the struggles of creating and maintaining a healthy mindset routine you can acheieve and make it a habit and it will lead you to a positive healthy lifestyle that will take you on to success.

    Welcome back my Listeners, 

    It is WEDNESDAY! HUMPDAY! You know this podcasts release brings me so much excitement and I am excited to gather with you and cheer you on because as you know, YOU GOT THIS! I am excited to talk to you today as this title is a bit aggressive but neccessary to say the least. 

    I have found myself balancing work and content and having a social life etc. I also found myself worrying about the pettiest, smallest, and insignifcant things that have allowed my anxiety levels to RISE! I am here today to claim that we are releasing fear and worry and anxiety from our entire being today. It is imperative we release so we can move forward and do the best we can with what we have! (SHOUT OUT TO MARIAH CAREY!) but seriously, it is important to release the barrier that holds us back and get to business and STAND ON IT!

    I provide essential tips to release worry, and strategize socialite , it is hard to keep up with all the things, and rest is important! However, the opinions and thoughts of others should not stand in my way of my greatness. I must do what I need to do in order to succeed. I want to be that nudge to push you in the right direction. Take yourself seriously, and forget about the ones that will look at your greatness and wish they were apart of it. It is so easy to give up , but it will not benefit you in the long run! I want you be strong and keep going, we are all fighting battles and worrying is one that we will conquer TODAY! TOGETHER! Remember I am cheering you on and rooting for you! YOU GOT THIS!

    Welcome Back Listeners! Its Wednesday, another episode of Selfcare with Li! I hope you all are doing amazing and reaching all your goals, we are at humpday and we are officially half way through the week! I am rooting for you and you know you got this! 

    I want to thank my listners for supporting this podcasts, and the youtube channel. I, myself take a lot of tasks and projects, thinking i can get it all done without feeling burnout or anxiety. I quickly remember that I am just human and I too can feel anxiety when putting myself out there, networking, content creation, and all things that come with this job. Honestly I have to realize that I am not superwoman and I too, need time to reset, restart and refocus to ensure I am going on the right path. I must take time to do so. Thank goodness for selfcare! 

    In this episode, i talk about the process of resetting, restarting, and refocusing! When you are a hardworker, a hustler, and a goal getter, at times , you can overwhelm yourself with projects and tasks and its easy to forget why you started! I want to remind you to include selfcare within your journey as it is essential to your mentally clarity and health. Without selfcare you will be overworked and filled with anxiety.

    I want to remind you, to utilize the pillars of selfcare, be intentional about your schedule and planning. You are on to something great, but first you need time to remember why you started! Your purpose is bigger than you and you will see why you had to put in all those late nights and early mornings. You are on the brink of greatness and will truly be successful! Just remember yourself and take time for yourself. 

    I want to encourage, motivate you, and be your friend in your head! I believe you are totally capable of all things and you will reach your highest potential! You Got This!

    Happy Wednesday my Lovelies,

    I have missed you, you know I am dibbling and dabbling into YouTube, and the last episode was a visual. However, I can't forget about where I started, and I want to continue the podcasts via podcasts streaming platforms. Forgive me for taking a brief hiatus while I figured this out! I love it here and you all that support me. 

    In this episode we dive into the inevitable challenges and hardships that we face mentally as Entreprenuers, Creatives, Corporate workers who are aiming to perfect our craft, gain a promotion, make a sale, make a good investment and etc. I believe it is important to prioritize selfcare during these challenging times but also realize that selfcare is more than the GLITZ AND GLAM, it is prioritizing yourself through difficulty. There are 12 pillars of selfcare and i want to provide tips to remember selfcare when you feel like giving up.

    I want to encourage you during this time also to know that you prayed to come this far and you prayed for the circumstance you are in now. Although you might experience rejection or failure in the moment it is just temporary, you will reach your highest potential and I will keep you focused in this episode to stay on the path and keep your mind on the bigger picture.

    I believe in you, and i want you to understand that it is completely normal to feel emotional as you go through difficult times, challenging times, and hardship, but it is important to remember why you started. This is a critical piece during your time of darkness because you cant forget that this is your quest to success, of course it will not be easy but that doesnt mean you give up.

    Your purpose is important, your journey is important, and that is why you giving up is not an option. I am rooting for you , and I know you are capable of all things. Stay tuned for more Selfcare with Li.

In this episode, I discuss the importance of preparing for your blessings and being ready for what you prayed for. All things that we envision can happen but what happens when your vision doesnt look like the blessing you just received? I discuss the impact of selfcare and how it influences your walk in your purpose. 

    I have prepared 5 essential steps to assist you with preparing for your blessings. I know that it is not always fairy dust and happiness when you are on a brink of your breakthrough and acheiving all things you set out to do but I do know that if you stick with your plan all things will work itself out if you are intentional. 

    Lets put our best foot forward and walking in our purpose. This journey of life is a pure blessing, everyday we wake up, it is an opportunity to grow and reach our highest potential. No matter your circumstances, you are capable of doing your very best and reaching your goals towards success.

Great show to say the least! Li has fresh perspective on current subjects that can make anyone pause and consider better self care and self love.
