Comedian Christie Campagna and Clinical Chaplain Marni Martin talk life, death and everything in between. With an emphasis on grief they shed some light on how to recognize it, understand it, embrace it and how to come through the other side of it. With a little raw and dark humor at times...these two are able to touch on serious topics and help listeners see that grief is a normal emotion which requires a level of vulnerability. Grief is not to be brushed under the rug and it certainly is not an emotion we need to apologize for. It requires a level of openness and connection that most would rather hide from. Christie and Marni want you to go from hiding to healing as they encourage you with their light hearted phrase "Get naked and feel your grief".
