Something I hear from people often is a doubt that they can have an impact serving in ministry, or in someone's life. This seems to come more from those who consider themselves introverts and I have some thoughts on why that happens, and honestly, I can't disagree more with that mentality! God has gifted you and desires for you to work with Him in ministry (in some capacity) to expand His Kingdom!Support the Show.

Good News! You don't have to be perfect to be used by God, or to be involved in ministry! A lot of what we do in leadership comes down to knowing ourselves, and being an authentic leader. When we do, it free's others up to do the same!Support the Show.

Discipleship is really best done in small groups. If you lead in youth ministry, I think you should intentionally craft small group times into your youth nights for a lot of reasons - listen in to find out why!Support the Show.
