Darren Tee was born and raised in a little town in Illinois along the Mississippi River. He went on to attend the University of Illinois. Levi Cobb was born and raised on the southside of Chicago. He won a Illinois high school state basketball championship in 1976 as the star at Morgan Park High School. After high school, Levi committed to the University of Illinois and to play for Coach Lou Henson. Levi helped carve the path for many Chicago Public League kids to follow his lead and play at the University of Illinois.

Dave (Coach) Kreps coached basketball at the college and high school level for over 30 years. He also was one of the founders and operators of the American Youth Basketball Tour for 20 years.
