Let’s talk church leadership. What’s your idea of a good church leader? Do you hold your pastor in an unhealthy high regard? Have you place unBiblical and unattainable expectations on those in authority? Are those church leadership roles Biblical? Are your church leaders fulfilling their role according to scripture or according to man?This is the first part of a discussion around church leaders.

Most Christians would not admit that a person’s righteousness is wrapped up in their church attendance, but yet measure the faith of others (and ourselves) by our quality of church attendance. There’s nothing wrong with going, but WHY are you going? And are you seeking and cultivating a relationship with Christ outside of the four walls of a building?
