I Always learn something

I discovered Louise when she was a guest in n a friends podcast. She’s from my area, extremely knowledgeable, and very personable. Although her focus is not on sixty-something, mediocre male athletes, I somehow always find a way to learn something!
Well worth the listen.

Finally something for women in their 30’s and older

Thank you for your informative, fun, and amazing podcasts! You have helped me so much. I am able to apply your science based knowledge to my busy life and I see the incredible results.
