HAUNTING, FASCINATING, UNIQUE

I love it. It's a typical librivox recording in that the quality and overall effect of the narrators varies from chapter to chapter with some being better than others. After the first minute or two, I tend to get lost in the story and forget all about the narrators. There stories are a fascinating look into the darker side of yesteryear. I wish there were more volumes of these stories.

Gripping stories that won't let go

Largely forgotten, but nevertheless true, these accounts of real-life crimes are utterly intriguing and absorbing. In fact, I was up the entire night listening to them. Truth is indeed, stranger than fiction.
