Like listenting to your mates kvetch about the work day.

I work at home doing web design and development and don't get to chat to work mates. I miss complaining to my friends about the work day. I get that now while listening to Andy and his mates! Andy is witty, funny, and doesn't care what people think. I love that. Its a breath of fresh air.

One of the must listen podcasts each week for web designers and developers

Unfinished business is a podcast from one of the true legends of web design, Andrew Clarke, and cohost Anna Debenham, who is every bit as sharp and knowledgeable. Apart from comparing the city of Brighton to a post-apocalyptic future, and discussions about Planet of the Apes memorabilia, there is a wealth of great information for those wishing to enter the web design industry. Andrew Clarke is the author of the book Hardboiled Web Design, the open sourced Contract Killer, and a delight to listen to. It is particularly enjoyable when their guests on the show. Recently Brad Frost was aghast, and that you discussed front and development, responsive design, and responsibility of designers. Apart from Mule Radio's Lets Make Mistakes, there is no other podcast from which to learn more about the actual business of crafting websites. I hope that this podcasts continues on for years and years, as it is it a weekly source of knowledge and entertainment for me.

Good-natured and informative

I love listening to this podcast, especially as someone who has a knack for taking things too seriously - both hosts on this show are good-natured and take things in stride, while offering great solid advice and discussion on the industry (after quite a bit of silliness, of course). Keep em' coming!
