I grew up in Queens, NY, one of the most diverse counties in the nation.

The stories featured in the episodes of the Feet in 2 Worlds podcast remind me of walks through East Elmhurst with my 🇩🇴 grandmother, afternoons gardening with my neighbor Telly, who was from 🇹🇹 and arguments I had with the 🇨🇮 nuns from my high school- in Spanish!!

In a time where immigrant communities are under siege, this podcast captures the true American tale. This is a podcast about celebrating humans, building community and keeping our experiences alive through the art of storytelling.

I invite you to check out Fi2W.org. This podcast is only one of many journalistic projects this team produces.
